First since 1946. Downtown shuttered and abandoned. The port shut down. Bank branches surrounded by enraged citizenry. Police absent from the streets. Why is this beautiful baby elephant not smiliing?

    To look at this tiny elephant baby i am extremely shocked. I have never seen such prematured baby in elephants, and i wonder is that real or a graphic. You have given me a good chance to gaze at this wonder.
